Experience Without Limits Come shape the future of brand experience. At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections. That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life. This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it. Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact. Production Director We’re looking for an experienced live event and experiential Production leader with a strong background supporting technology clients and high-volume event portfolios. As a Production Director, you’ll provide senior Production leadership across a fast-moving portfolio that may include dozens of events and experiences each year. You’ll balance the needs of the client, the work, the team, and the business pushing to create consistency across programs while ensuring teams remain agile enough to respond to changing priorities and new opportunities. You’ll oversee Production teams, operational and financial performance, staffing and resources, and the overall health of the work. You’ll also stay connected to delivery, serving as lead producer on select programs or leading significant workstreams when your experience and involvement can make the work stronger. What you’ll do - Provide senior Production leadership across a high-volume portfolio of live events and experiential programs, often with multiple programs moving simultaneously. - Create consistency across recurring programs and client relationships while adapting the Production approach to the needs of each experience. - Lead, mentor, and support Producers and Production teams, ensuring the right talent and resources are aligned to the work. - Oversee the operational and financial health of programs, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, staffing, scope management, and risk. - Maintain visibility across the portfolio to anticipate capacity needs, competing priorities, risks, and opportunities before they impact delivery. - Partner closely with senior clients and cross-functional agency teams to solve problems, evaluate new opportunities, and develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and delivery strategies. - Build strong relationships with Production partners and vendors and identify opportunities to create greater consistency and efficiency across programs. - Remain actively involved in delivery by serving as lead producer on select projects or leading key Production workstreams. What you’ll bring - Significant experience (12+ years) producing live events and experiential programs for technology brands, with an understanding of the pace, expectations, and complexity of working within the technology sector. - Experience leading high-volume event portfolios, including managing multiple concurrent programs, teams, timelines, and priorities. - Deep knowledge of live event Production, including technical production, fabrication, venues, logistics, labor, vendors, contracts, and onsite execution. This is not primarily a film, video, broadcast, or content Production role. - Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, scope/change management, and financial risk. - Experience leading and developing Production teams and making thoughtful staffing and resource decisions across multiple programs. - Confidence working with senior clients and navigating complex stakeholder organizations. - The ability to balance consistency with agility—building standards and repeatable ways of working without introducing unnecessary process. - Strong judgment and the ability to move between strategic portfolio leadership and hands-on Production problem-solving. What success looks like You’ll make a complex, high-volume portfolio feel well run. Teams have clarity and support, programs maintain strong Production standards, financial performance is healthy, and risks and resource needs are identified early. You’ll create consistency that allows us to work smarter across repeat programs while preserving the agility required to respond to new opportunities and changing client needs. Clients trust your judgment, teams value your leadership, and you help build an account that can successfully deliver today’s work while preparing for what’s next.
