Project Manager/Senior Financial System Analyst

Our partner is looking for a Project Manager/Senior Financial System Analyst based in the United States. The Project Manager/Senior Financial System Analyst will lead a team of 8–10 financial management professionals supporting complex federal financial system implementation and modernization initiatives. This role combines hands-on expertise in Momentum Financials with project leadership, financial data analysis, and systems integration. You will oversee legacy financial data conversion, validate financial reporting, and ensure compliance with federal accounting and reporting standards. Working closely with government clients, technical specialists, and partner organizations, you will translate business needs into actionable system requirements. The position offers the opportunity to influence critical financial operations and support informed decision-making at the leadership level. Candidates may work remotely full-time or in a hybrid arrangement based in Arlington, Virginia.
