Launch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Launch Coordinator to support the successful delivery of product releases within a dynamic software and technology environment. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional launch activities, ensuring that product updates are communicated effectively and internal teams are fully prepared to support customer adoption. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal, you will manage launch plans for routine releases with low to medium complexity. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate enablement initiatives, identify potential risks, and ensure launch activities meet quality standards. By developing clear communication materials, training resources, and repeatable processes, you will help teams understand new features and deliver greater value to customers.
