HR Technology & Analytics Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist based in the United States. We are seeking an analytical and technology-focused HR professional to optimize HR systems, strengthen workforce reporting, and transform employee data into actionable business insights. In this fully remote role, you will primarily support and enhance Workday HCM while helping improve HR processes, system functionality, and employee and manager self-service. You will develop reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics that enable informed decisions across HR and the wider business. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions and reliable analytics. You will also play an important role in maintaining data quality, reporting consistency, and the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
