The Commercial Insurance Team Lead will guide a team of new business brokers specializing in Medical Malpractice insurance within a fast-growing, technology-driven commercial brokerage environment. This player-coach role combines hands-on sales, people leadership, technical insurance expertise, and performance management. You will drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and help brokers deliver tailored coverage solutions across healthcare, allied health, beauty and wellness, sports and fitness, and pet services. Working with warm inbound leads and a broad network of insurance carriers, you will help accelerate sales while maintaining underwriting accuracy and exceptional customer service. You will also support complex risk assessments, policy negotiations, and broker development.
