Associate Director, Compliance Training

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Compliance Training based in the United States. The Associate Director, Compliance Training will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of compliance learning programs supporting US commercial operations in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. This senior individual contributor role translates complex legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into practical, engaging, risk-based training. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Learning & Development teams, you will strengthen ethical decision-making and promote a culture of accountability. You will oversee training curricula, onboarding, product launch readiness, learning management systems, and effectiveness reporting. The role offers an opportunity to influence compliance practices across a growing organization while staying responsive to evolving healthcare regulations and industry standards. Domestic travel of approximately 10–15% is expected.
