About the role

Hospital Previous experience leading the Patient Experience initiative in an acute care setting. Progressive experience in customer/ patient relations management, and the execution of customer/patient experience systems and processes. Advanced knowledge of patient satisfaction survey and patient experience survey tools. 2+ to 5 years of experience Management Experience Required - No Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel - Occasionally All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
