About The Role This role requires all three capabilities in the same person. The successful candidate must be able to build and ship production software, understand professional creative workflows at an expert level, and confidently lead unscripted demonstrations for senior executives at major enterprise organizations. What You’ll Do - Embed directly with large enterprise customers to build AI-powered creative production solutions. - Own complex customer engagements from the initial discovery conversation through production deployment, adoption and renewal. - Translate customer challenges into scalable, full-stack systems that deliver measurable business value. - Build and ship production code regularly. - Develop automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines. - Lead live, unscripted demonstrations for executive audiences, including CMOs and CTOs. - Drive customer adoption and help turn successful implementations into renewals or expanded engagements. - Operate independently and take full ownership of customer outcomes. - Build lasting production solutions—not short-term prototypes or demonstrations.
