Senior DevOps Engineer - Poland (Remote)

This is a great opportunity to join Aptitude as a Senior DevOps Engineer in Poland, working within the platform engineering and operations function for Fynapse, our SaaS product hosted for clients around the world. You'll join a team of 5 DevOps Engineers, helping build and maintain reliable, secure infrastructure while gaining exposure to a wide range of cloud, automation and observability technologies alongside experienced colleagues in the team. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your platform engineering expertise and support day-to -day operations. - You will work on platform engineering: building and maintaining reliable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, while ensuring the high availability, performance and cost-efficiency of cloud resources. - You will carry operational responsibility for infrastructure management, monitoring and incident response, including participating in implementing alerting and observability best practices, incident resolution and taking part in an on-call rotation. - On the security side, you will partner with the security team to apply DevSecOps principles, ensuring systems meet compliance standards - You will collaborate closely with engineering teams on cross-team project shaping, incident resolution and knowledge sharing.
