Senior Underwriter

This ecosystem includes a massive climate data infrastructure, scalable product development, automated, instant pricing using an artificial intelligence underwriter, blockchain-powered operational efficiencies, and non-traditional risk capacity bringing capital from non-insurance sources. By combining all these factors, Arbol brings scale, transparency, and efficiency to parametric coverage. We're hiring a Senior Underwriter to evaluate, price, and bind property and weather-related risks across our insurance and reinsurance portfolio, with a focus on wildfire. You'll own submissions from first look through bind, working closely with brokers, our data science team, and capacity partners. This role suits someone who understands property cat risk, is comfortable with data-driven pricing, and wants to help shape how a growing property and casualty insurance business underwrites.
