As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise environments, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and learn modern cloud technologies while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud platforms. What you'll do - Deploy, maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure - Monitor system health, performance, security and availability - Provide L2 support by troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure incidents - Automate infrastructure using IaC and configuration management tools - Work with Linux, virtualization, containers and cloud-native technologies - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability and operational efficiency - Follow DevOps, incident management and security best practices - Continuously learn and contribute to cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives
