As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise environments, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and learn modern cloud technologies while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud platforms. What you'll do - Design, implement and optimize cloud infrastructure and platform architecture - Lead complex infrastructure projects and technical improvements - Provide L3 support by troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and performing root cause analysis - Drive automation using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability and operational efficiency - Define and promote DevOps, incident management and security best practices - Create and maintain technical architecture documentation, operational procedures and runbooks - Lead knowledge transfer sessions, mentor engineers and support technical growth across the team - Continuously drive cloud, automation and digital transformation initiatives
