Junior Mainstream Cloud Engineer

As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise infrastructure, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and develop your technical skills while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable platforms. What you'll do - Monitor infrastructure, system health, performance, security and availability - Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents - Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required - Perform routine operational tasks, health checks and maintenance activities - Assist with deployments, patching and basic system administration - Follow operational procedures, incident management and security best practices - Maintain operational documentation and runbooks - Continuously learn and contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives
