Technical Implementation Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Implementation Lead based in Switzerland. This is an opportunity to lead complex technical implementations for enterprise customers using a global shipping and eCommerce technology platform. You will own the implementation lifecycle from pre-sales discovery and solution design through development, go-live, shipment migration, and customer handover. Acting as the primary technical expert, you will help customers integrate APIs, custom applications, and existing business systems into reliable shipping workflows. You will work closely with enterprise sales teams, solutions developers, product specialists, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. The role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with project leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial accountability. You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously while ensuring clear scope, timelines, pricing, and delivery expectations.
