Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITAM, HAM, CMDB)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITAM, HAM, CMDB) based in India. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will help build and optimize enterprise IT asset data management solutions, combining advanced platform development with data quality and AI-enabled capabilities. You will focus on improving the accuracy, consistency, and usability of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Product Model data. Working closely with architects, AI specialists, consultants, and client stakeholders, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your responsibilities will span application development, system integrations, data transformation, automated cleansing, and comprehensive testing. You will also contribute to intelligent automation, generative AI capabilities, and responsible AI practices across enterprise workflows.
