Senior Director, Corporate Counsel

The Senior Director, Corporate Counsel will lead corporate legal strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within a growing, multi-entity organization operating in the healthcare technology sector. Reporting to the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, this senior leadership role combines hands-on transactional execution with strategic legal advisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will guide complex acquisitions, investments, financings, and corporate restructurings while partnering closely with Corporate Development and executive leadership. They will manage and develop legal talent, oversee corporate governance, and strengthen the organization's legal infrastructure.
