As a Senior Creative Strategist, Growth, you will shape the creative direction of performance marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, connected TV (CTV), and emerging platforms. You will own the entire creative lifecycle, from developing concepts and writing scripts to directing production, editing videos, and optimizing campaign assets. Combining strong visual storytelling with performance insights, you will create advertising that drives measurable growth while strengthening brand identity. You will collaborate closely with growth, media, and analytics teams, manage external creative partners, and use generative AI tools to accelerate production.
