Quality Engineer, QA

As a Quality Engineer, QA, you will establish and lead the quality assurance strategy for a growing, AI-powered SaaS platform designed to help frontline workers access essential government benefits. You will take ownership of automated testing, integration quality, and release readiness across a complex web application and its connected services. Working closely with engineers and customer-facing teams, you will identify critical risks, build reliable test frameworks, and ensure every release meets clear quality standards. You will also evaluate AI-powered chat features and test systems operating in sensitive, regulated environments. This hands-on senior role offers significant autonomy, with the freedom to define testing priorities, select tools, and influence engineering practices. Your work will directly support families in accessing and maintaining the benefits they are eligible for.
