Product Director, TPA, PEO & Carrier Platforms

Our partner is looking for a Product Director, TPA, PEO & Carrier Platforms based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy, development, and growth of enterprise SaaS solutions serving Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and insurance carriers. In this high-impact role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, pricing, and business outcomes for a specialized platform supporting complex leave and accommodations workflows. You will shape multi-employer administration capabilities, including partner-facing applications and APIs, while exploring AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and case-manager productivity. Working closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and finance, you will translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, commercially successful products.
