As Manager, Solutions Consulting, you will lead and develop a team of technical sales experts who help organizations understand how innovative HR technology can address complex employee leave and accommodation challenges. You will combine hands-on sales engagement with people leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to strengthen the entire presales function. Working closely with Sales leadership, you will shape deal strategies, improve product demonstrations, and support high-value opportunities throughout the sales cycle. You will establish consistent discovery frameworks, demo standards, and performance practices that enable the team to deliver compelling customer experiences. With a strong focus on revenue outcomes, you will help improve win rates, accelerate onboarding, and scale team capabilities.
