In this leadership role, you will coach and develop Customer Success Managers while ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their journey. You will help property management customers maximize the value of their technology investments, strengthen product adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product teams, you will improve customer engagement, resolve escalations, and drive retention. You will also establish repeatable processes and success strategies for complex, high-volume property accounts.
