Help transform cancer care by using health economics, clinical outcomes research, and advanced analytics to demonstrate the value of innovative care models. As Director/Principal Research Scientist, Health Economics, you will lead research initiatives that measure clinical impact, evaluate cost savings, and inform strategic decisions across a growing value-based oncology care organization. You will guide a team of research scientists while developing predictive analytics and risk adjustment strategies that connect care delivery activities with patient outcomes and financial performance. Working closely with clinical, data science, and business teams, you will turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights for internal leaders and external partners. Your work will support continuous improvement in care delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and help demonstrate the effectiveness of new clinical interventions.
