Customer Success Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Associate based in Switzerland. Join a fast-growing climate tech environment working to accelerate the transition to a carbon-free electricity grid. In this role, you will build strong relationships with existing customers, including leading European energy suppliers and utilities, ensuring they get the most value from an innovative SaaS platform. You will serve as a key point of contact for daily customer requests, platform support, onboarding, and product adoption. Working closely with commercial, product, and technical teams, you will help resolve issues, strengthen customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth. You will also contribute to customer retention, renewals, and upselling while ensuring customer feedback informs product development.
