As Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead a growing Technical Solutions and Customer Delivery team, ensuring seamless software implementation for enterprise customers across the energy sector. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from onboarding and integration design to ongoing customer operations, while driving improvements in processes, project management, and team performance. Working at the intersection of commercial, product, and technical functions, you will help translate complex customer requirements into scalable solutions. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic oversight with direct involvement in challenging implementations and key customer accounts.
