We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of a growing virtual healthcare organization focused on reproductive and sexual health. In this role, you will oversee clinical scheduling, provider coverage, and operational coordination across multiple states to ensure patients receive timely and reliable care. Working closely with clinical leadership and clinic managers, you will help maintain efficient workflows, resolve scheduling challenges, and strengthen the operational infrastructure behind virtual care delivery. You will manage recurring scheduling processes, payroll reviews, provider availability, and onboarding logistics while coordinating with external laboratory and healthcare technology vendors.
