EMEA Revenue Operations Manager London, UK Sigma is expanding its footprint across EMEA, and we need a Revenue Operations Manager to turn that plan into a working operation. You will sit at the centre of the expansion, working with sales leaders across the region to build the systems, cadences and plans that let new markets scale quickly. [Insert EMEA ARR and growth figures.] This role is less ops coordinator and more trusted advisor, with a bias for action and a sharp analytical mind. You have done market expansion work before, you would rather design the system than run the report, and you get uncomfortable when you are the last to see a problem coming. What you will own - The operational plan for our EMEA expansion: market entry sequencing, territory and coverage design, headcount and capacity planning, and the milestones that tell us whether each new market is on track. - The operating rhythm of a high-growth, multi-country sales organisation, including QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites and the cadences that keep teams in different markets and time zones aligned. - Annual and half-year planning for EMEA, built from the ground up with regional sales leadership. You will own the process, the timeline and the room. - The health of the whole GTM engine in EMEA, from lead to upsell: lead flow, pipeline generation and coverage, conversion, forecast accuracy, renewals and expansion. - Strategic diagnostics: the leading indicators, structural risks and pipeline dynamics that show where each market is headed before the quarter does. - Regional execution detail, including multi-currency forecasting and pricing, partner and cloud marketplace deal flow, and country-specific requirements for data, contracts and hiring, in step with Finance, Legal and People. - AI-native workflows that remove manual work and let sales leaders spend their time on decisions, not dashboards. - A direct line to senior leadership, with the credibility to challenge as well as advise. You will be expected to have a view, and to defend it. What we are looking for - 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations or a Chief of Staff function inside a high-growth B2B SaaS business. - Direct experience of launching or scaling a sales organisation in new international markets, ideally across several EMEA countries, and a clear view of what worked and what did not. - Deep knowledge of how a high-performance GTM engine runs end to end, from lead to upsell: lead flow and conversion, pipeline creation and hygiene, forecasting, territory management, coverage models, renewals and expansion, operating rhythms and annual planning. - Strong written and verbal communication. You can take a complex situation, translate it for the right audience and land a clear point of view in two minutes or two slides. - Comfort with ambiguity and speed, and the flexibility to handle shifting priorities across time zones and cultures. - Curiosity about AI and automation, and the ability to build them into our current systems to raise speed and efficiency while keeping operational rigour. We are rebuilding how this function works at scale, and this role will be a key part of that work. Who you are - Present. You will work with experienced sales leaders and cross-functional partners who have seen every ops hire before. You build trust quickly and know how to earn a seat at the table. - Proactive. You look around corners, flag risks early and arrive with a point of view rather than waiting to be asked. - Precise. You give a sharp read and a recommended next step. No unnecessary slides and no endless dashboards. - A builder. You treat process as infrastructure and enjoy making things work better at scale. Required experience - 8 to 10 years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations or a Chief of Staff role within a B2B SaaS company. - Proven experience of operationalising a regional or international expansion, from first hires to repeatable pipeline. - Demonstrated experience partnering directly with VP-level or above sales leadership. - Proven ownership of pipeline management and the full GTM engine, from lead generation through to closed deals, renewals and upsell. - Proficiency with at least one analytics or BI platform. - Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context. - Based in London, with the right to work in the UK. Nice to have Fluency in one or more European languages, and experience with partner or channel operations. Why this role This role sits where that growth needs sharper operational thinking. You will not maintain a legacy system. You will help build the operation that takes Sigma into new European markets, working with sales leaders who want a real partner and a COO who cares about how this function runs. If that sounds like the work you do best, we would like to hear from you. About us: Sigma is the AI Apps and agentic analytics platform built on the cloud data warehouse.
