Technical Writer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Writer based in Switzerland. We are looking for a technically minded Technical Writer to make complex software products accessible through clear, practical, and user-focused documentation. In this role, you will create and maintain documentation covering user interfaces, developer integrations, software development kits (SDKs), and REST APIs. Working in a docs-as-code environment, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure documentation is accurate, useful, and easy to follow. You will have significant ownership of the documentation roadmap, helping prioritize improvements and tackle an existing backlog. This hands-on position combines writing, coding, research, and troubleshooting in a remote, asynchronous-first environment.
