Staff Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce engineer to shape the architecture, development, and evolution of a critical business process platform within a large-scale technology environment. In this Staff-level role, you will design scalable solutions that support essential business workflows, including rental contract termination and sales processes. You will contribute to the platform's evolution toward Salesforce Service Cloud, improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Working closely with product, UX, QA, and partner engineering teams, you will drive technical decisions and establish engineering standards that support long-term maintainability. You will also oversee integrations, optimize platform performance, and ensure solutions align with business needs and technical best practices.
