As a Staff Engineer, you will define the technical direction of verification services, shaping the architecture and engineering standards that support business onboarding. You will help ensure that corporate customers are accurately verified, beneficial ownership is established, and regulatory screening requirements are met efficiently. Working across backend and frontend technologies, you will build resilient systems that balance compliance, security, performance, and customer experience. You will also improve third-party integrations, automate verification decisions, and eliminate recurring technical failures before they affect customers. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will mentor experienced engineers, influence architectural decisions, and establish patterns that enable teams to deliver high-quality software. Your work will directly contribute to faster onboarding, more accurate verification outcomes, stronger regulatory controls, and dependable services in a rapidly evolving financial technology environment.
