Enterprise Application Technical Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Application Technical Lead based in India. The Enterprise Application Technical Lead will drive the design, development, integration, and operational support of complex enterprise-grade digital solutions. This hands-on leadership role combines deep software engineering expertise with cloud architecture, enterprise integration, and emerging AI technologies. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs while contributing directly to development, code reviews, deployment, and production support. The role involves building Java/.NET services, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and cloud-native applications primarily on AWS. You will also explore opportunities to apply AI/ML, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows to deliver business value. Working in an agile, collaborative environment, you will mentor engineers, strengthen data governance and security, and help deliver resilient, innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
