Engineering Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager based in Ireland. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering teams responsible for building and scaling technology that powers global on-demand commerce. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineering Managers to shape product strategy, define technical direction, and deliver impactful solutions. Combining strong technical judgment with people leadership, you will foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the full engineering lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery, production operations, and post-launch learning. Working with modern cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development tools, you will help teams improve engineering quality and delivery efficiency.
