Leasing Agent - Commercial Real Estate

Leasing Agent Compensation Range: $120,000-$130,000/year Work Location: In Office Employment Type: Full Time Our SelectLeaders client is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team in Broomfield, Colorado. The company is a vertically integrated commercial real estate owner and operator with a diverse portfolio of office, flex/R&D, and retail properties. With an in-house approach to ownership, management, and leasing, the team takes a hands-on approach to maximizing asset performance, building tenant relationships, and creating long-term value across its portfolio. This Leasing Agent will be responsible for driving leasing activity across the portfolio, working with prospective tenants, existing clients, and commercial real estate brokers to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role will focus on new business development, lease negotiations, renewals, and building long-term client relationships.
