Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector – TVAC Test Witnessing

SQA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector to support in Gilbert, Arizona. This role will provide quality oversight and witness Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) testing to meet government-mandated witnessing requirements. The test campaign will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for approximately two to three months. Selected candidates must be available to work rotating first, second, and third shifts to ensure continuous test coverage. Weekend work, including Christmas and New Year's holidays, will be required. Approved overtime may be available to support project needs. This is primarily a test witnessing and quality verification role, not a hands-on testing position. The successful candidate will observe testing activities, verify compliance with approved procedures and requirements, document observations, and review test records for accuracy and completeness.
