FCAW Welder/Fitter – Overhead Crane Fabrication Location: Ashland, VA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: Starting at $26.00/hour; higher depending on experience Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays as needed Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fitter to fabricate and weld components for overhead cranes and related equipment. This role requires strong blueprint-reading skills, knowledge of welding symbols, and the ability to produce quality Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) welds that meet AWS D1.1 and D14.1 standards.
