Structural Steel Welder/Fitter Location: Ashland, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: Starting at $23.00/hr; higher depending on experience Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to fabricate and assemble metal components for structural steel projects. This role requires welding experience, blueprint reading, accurate measurements, and the ability to meet safety and quality standards. Work may involve aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon, titanium, and thin- or thick-gauge steel.
