NextGen Federal Systems is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager / Analyst to work with us supporting our DHS customer in Washington, DC. The Senior Engineering Manager / Analyst provides senior-level engineering leadership and analytical support to the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) Program. This position oversees technical project coordination, engineering analysis, and system integration activities to ensure the program meets operational and performance standards. The role includes interfacing with logistics, program management, and government engineering teams to ensure system readiness, compliance, and performance improvements.
