HRS's exponential growth since 1972 serves over 35% of the global Fortune 500 and leading hotel chains. Join HRS to shape the future of business travel, empowered by a culture of growth and setting new industry standards worldwide. BUSINESS UNIT Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) is building HRS's AI-powered Go-to-Market platform — a single, governed access layer that gives Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Management teams trusted AI capabilities across our revenue systems. The foundation is already in place: HRS operates a centrally managed AI Gateway running on AWS, providing a shared, auditable AI infrastructure that all agents connect to. Your role is to build on top of this foundation — designing, developing, and scaling Microsoft Copilot Studio agents that solve real business problems for our global revenue teams. POSITION As AI Platform Engineer (all genders) in our Revenue Operations team, you are the technical backbone of HRS's Copilot Studio agent delivery operation. You own the Microsoft Power Platform environments, CI/CD pipelines, security configuration, and Azure services that enable the development team to build, test, and ship Copilot Studio agents reliably and at scale. The HRS AI Gateway is already live and managed centrally — your job is not to build infrastructure from scratch, but to ensure the Copilot Studio platform is production-ready: well-governed environments, automated deployment pipelines, clean security controls, and solid observability so the team can focus on delivering agents rather than fighting platform issues. CHALLENGE - Environment strategy and ALM: Design and maintain the dev, test, and production environment topology; manage solution exports, imports, and environment variables; and own the connection references and service accounts agents rely on. - CI/CD pipelines: Build and run Azure DevOps or Power Platform ALM pipelines that promote Copilot Studio solutions across environments, with regression checks, versioning, and rollback procedures. - Azure services: Own Azure Key Vault (secrets), Entra ID (identity and service principals), and Azure Monitor / Application Insights (telemetry and alerting). - HRS AI Gateway connectivity: Configure and maintain the custom HTTP connectors that link Copilot Studio agents to the HRS AI Gateway on AWS, keeping them secure, authenticated, and resilient. - Security and compliance: Implement DLP policies, manage Entra ID RBAC across environments, ensure EU data residency at the connector and environment level, and maintain audit logs of all agent interactions. - Platform monitoring: Track telemetry, connector latency, error rates, and token usage, and build dashboards that surface production issues before they affect users. - Developer support: Unblock developers on environment, connector, and deployment issues, and turn platform requirements into clear standards and guardrails. FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH - Power Platform administration: Hands-on experience with environment management, DLP policies, solution ALM, connection references, and Dataverse security roles. - CI/CD: Experience designing pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, using Power Platform Build Tools or the Power Platform CLI. - Identity and secrets: Working knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Entra ID, and service principals, including securing credentials and managing identities for automated deployments. - Custom connectors: Experience building custom HTTP connectors to external REST APIs secured with OAuth 2.0 or API keys. - Monitoring: Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for telemetry, alerting, and dashboards. - Compliance: Understanding of GDPR and EU data residency as they apply to Power Platform environments and connectors. - Collaboration: Able to work closely with developers and turn platform constraints into clear guidelines without becoming a bottleneck. - Certifications (required): PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator); holding both is a strong differentiator. - Language: Fluent English, verbal and written.
