LEONI’s customer base spans leading global automotive OEMs, commercial vehicle manufacturers, and component suppliers.   Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world. - Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility - Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:    - Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs    - Supports strategic workforce planning    - Submits assignment needs to HR Recruiting for further execution and supports Interviews if necessary - Coordinates & manages HR related topics for the respective leader or area    - Supports the talent management and successor planning    - Supports the leader within the salary change process and with training selection    - Submits exit support for further execution - Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, skill management and team development - Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures - Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines Field of Study: Human Resources Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive wiring harness or aerospace industry, or 4 years of experience in Human Resources management. Languages: French with a good command of English. Soft Skills: Change management, goal-oriented and results-driven mindset. Additional Requirement: Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
