Global GTM Talent Lead

We are seeking an experienced global talent leader to drive hiring strategy and execution across a high-growth, international revenue organization. In this senior leadership role, you will serve as a trusted talent partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), shaping workforce planning and ensuring the business attracts and retains exceptional commercial talent. You will lead regional recruiting leaders and their teams across North America, Latin America, EMEA, the UAE, and APAC, fostering consistency and excellence across global hiring operations. Working closely with executive leadership, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Talent teams, you will translate business objectives into measurable hiring plans. You will be accountable for hiring quality, speed, and predictability, ensuring recruiting outcomes support ambitious revenue targets.
