Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Snapp. Someone who understands how technical and cross-functional teams work, enjoys building professional networks, and takes a proactive approach to finding and engaging great talent. Beyond recruitment, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to new initiatives, including the implementation of an ATS and exploring practical applications of AI in recruitment. We’re looking for someone with a curious mindset, a problem-solving attitude, and an interest in technology and product development. - Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines. - Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop clear, accurate, and compelling job descriptions. - Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews, evaluating their qualifications, skills, and alignment with role requirements. - Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging professional networks and alternative talent channels. - Monitor recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation within the ATS. - Use data and analytical insights to support recruitment decisions and improve hiring effectiveness. - Share knowledge, best practices, and insights to support team collaboration and continuous learning. - Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and processes, including exploring AI-powered solutions. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Snapp’s visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates. - Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events.
