IT Accounting Specialist (part-time 60%)

We are offering a part time role with 60%. As part of the Group Treasury, Insurance & Holding Accounting team within the Intersnack Group, you will support the accounting activities of a holding company. You will contribute your expertise to daily operations with a focus on IT accounting, invoice management, purchase requisition reviews, and the validation of IT-related supplier invoices. In addition, you will support the calculation and allocation of IT costs across group companies. Your Responsibilities - Manage and process IT-related supplier invoices, including matching invoices with purchase requisitions, obtaining approvals, ensuring accurate account coding, and securing timely payment - Prepare the monthly IT accrual schedule and manage accruals for outstanding purchase orders and unbilled services - Support IT Controlling in preparing IT cross-charge invoices and allocating IT costs to group entities - Prepare data and supporting documentation for outgoing invoices - Support accounting activities related to IT-specific incoming and outgoing invoices - Act as a contact person for IT budget owners regarding accounting entries and invoices - Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements - Serve as a key interface between IT, Procurement, and Accounting to drive efficient cross-functional collaboration
