What You’ll do: - Participate in analysis, design and description of processes - Create user journeys - Work closely with stakeholders to bring our banking app products to the market - Develop and maintain processes in the Document Workflow System of the Bank - Act as a Business Owner of systems - Coordinate the communication between vendors - Participate in the tests and implementation of processes
