KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As an Insurance Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include: - Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies - Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage - Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies - Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, customer support, and policy reviews - Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth - Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements - Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals - Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're seeking candidates who are professional, proactive, coachable, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment. The ideal candidate will have: - One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Confidence making outbound calls, conducting sales conversations, and closing deals - A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license - Bilingual abilities are a plus WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
