Your responsibilities will include: - Creating new sales opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers through phone calls, referrals, provided leads, and other prospecting activities - Learning about customer needs through meaningful conversations and identifying opportunities to provide appropriate coverage - Preparing and presenting insurance quotes for Auto, Home, Life, Business, and additional insurance products, as appropriately licensed - Turning prospects into customers by explaining coverage options, addressing questions, and confidently asking for the sale - Following up consistently with potential customers, outstanding quotes, and previous leads - Expanding existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities for additional coverage and policy reviews - Managing your sales pipeline using agency systems to track customer information, conversations, and follow-up activities - Working toward sales and production goals while contributing to the overall growth of the agency - Continuing to develop your skills through training, coaching, and hands-on experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We believe a successful insurance professional is someone who combines strong communication skills with determination, curiosity, and a genuine interest in helping others.
