We're building our kitchen from the ground up, which means you'll help establish the standards, systems, and culture from day one. You'll likely be working primarily on the griddle and fryer, crafting dishes that showcase quality ingredients in a setting where golf meets wilderness. Being part of an opening team means extra responsibility, but also the chance to shape how things work rather than just following someone else's playbook. Schedule Are you a morning person? The opening shift hours are 6am-2pm, or 8am-4pm. Full-time employees must have weekend availability.
