You'll own the strategy and execution, and connect  organic results to real business outcomes. What you'll do - Build and execute organic growth  strategy across Wix.com dependent on business priorities - Create and optimize content so it is cited and recommended by AI search engines and LLMs - Track brand mentions, citations, and share of voice in AI answers, and turn the findings into strategic actions - Run keyword and topic research, SERP analysis, and competitor gap analysis - Assist with technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation and schema markup - Build briefs, review drafts, and refresh underperforming content - Develop entity and  internal linking  strategies that build topical authority - Run experiments, measure results, and report on traffic, rankings, citations, and conversions - Work with other marketing and product teams to generate organic growth - Stay ahead of algorithm updates and changes in AI search - 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a track record of measurable growth - Strong understanding of how Google and LLMs surface and cite sources/brands - Solid technical SEO skills  - Strong analytical skills and confidence with  turning data into clear recommendations - Excellent written and verbal communication, in English Join the Wix Organic Growth Marketing team.
