Even if you feel like you don’t meet all the criteria, please give it a shot, and still apply.   Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shop Helper will be responsible for, but not limited to: - Transport material through the shop/yard. - Forklift operation. - Correctly fill out and maintain paperwork for outgoing loads. - Maintain proper records for inventory management. - Unload incoming material. - Perform yard receiving and inventory control. - Pull material for production. - Handle processed materials for staging, storage, and shipping. - Stage and/or build loads for painting, galvanizing, and shipping. - Assure that quality of processed materials is kept during handling. - Other duties as determined by Supervisor. Physical Requirements:   - Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. - Physical ability to work and maneuver around work areas.   Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to read and follow written instruction. - Able to pass Random DOT & Company drug test. - Clean Driving Record. - Good math skills.   Work Location: - Asheville Fabrication Facility - 1st Shift - Monday to Friday   Benefits: 401(k) Retirement Plan 401(k) Matching Contributions Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
