Plant Floor Coordinator

We’re looking for a Plant Floor Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our plant, helping our teams deliver a safe, efficient and high-quality operation. Working closely with the Plant Manager, you’ll coordinate Team Leaders and production colleagues, make effective use of plant resources and ensure work is completed in line with our policies and procedures. You’ll take a hands-on approach to resolving operational challenges, maintaining standards and identifying opportunities for improvement. This is an opportunity for someone with experience supervising operational teams who enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in getting things right and is keen to develop their knowledge of plant management. This is a full time role: Monday - Friday, 10am - 8pm.
