You will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality support and strong customer satisfaction. This individual contributor role combines financial knowledge, technical problem-solving, and relationship management. You will collaborate with colleagues across support, sales, implementation, marketing, and product development to improve customer experiences and support continuous improvement. The position is fully remote, with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 UK time.
