Staff Software Engineer, Developer Ecosystem

Our partner is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Ecosystem based in the United States. The Staff Software Engineer will help shape and scale a developer platform that empowers external developers to build innovative, engaging applications. You will lead complex technical initiatives and influence the platform’s architecture, strategy, and long-term direction. Working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, SDKs, and full-stack systems, you will create reliable capabilities that make development easier, faster, and more powerful. This hands-on role combines technical leadership with end-to-end software delivery, from early exploration and design through testing, experimentation, and launch. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and users to turn ambitious ideas into practical, high-quality developer experiences. As a senior technical contributor, you will mentor teammates, strengthen engineering practices, and foster a culture of collaboration and ownership.
